I see alot of love for Retrozone and quite a bit for Timewalk as well but I havnt heard people talkin much about it lately. Interested in seeing other people's collections! I did, however get a complete Cocoron, a complete Mr. Gimmick and an extra loose Cocoron I don't even know what to do with.
I want to order a pile of stuff from Flashback but their inventory and even their logo look the same as Timewalk, I don't trust them until I'm sure Spencer isn't involved in any way.
I only ordered one game at a time so I wouldn't take up all of their time with large orders, as a courtesy to all of their other customers. Then they were gone long before I got all that I planned on buying. Sometimes I hate how thoughtful I am.
That's so nice of you!
I guess I just never thought about it like that. I just saw em as a business. I made 5 seperate orders through out like 2 years. Pretty much from when they opened till close. Last one was for 5 games taking avdvantage of that $75 a game sale! Glad I did! cool thing is I think I can still log in with that link and view my transactions! Unless it's changed.

I would have ordered a lot more but Spencer stole my money from my first order, then left me high and dry when he closed up shop. I spent 2 months trying to get my money back from the first order, I didn't want to order anything else and lost more money.

Flashback is pretty awesome, always delivers and answers e-mails. Don't think he's involved.
Only downside is they're a bit pricey, especially for CIBs.
Earthbound Zero
Terranigma
Treasure of the Rudras
Secret of Mana 2
My Treasure of the Rudras ended up having Terranigma on the cart and I didn't open it to play until more than a year after I bought it. I was able to ship it back for a replacement - but the replacement was sent to my old address (I had moved since). What a pain it was getting that cart back.

Spencer has been out of the repro game since the gold ducktales so he is not involved with another repro maker. If they have the same looking stuff they either stole it from timewalk or the artists that worked for him now contract their work out.

I purchased Terranigma and the thing doesnt work. I'm pretty upset about it.
Yea, my copy of Metroid Deluxe still glitches out :-/ I had to send back my copy of Mario Adventure to be fixe, but never got around to sending Metroid back.. sucks :-/ ..although now that I have the tools, I can make my own repro of it and just reuse the shell.. so there's that I guess
I wish i bought more but these are the few i have
The only one i really wanted but did not buy in time besides the ones i bought was their New ghostbusters 2 CIB.
I really like everything i bought from timewalk games i just wish we heard more about the non repro project that Spencer said he wanted to start but i have not seen or heard from him since timewalk closed right after the gold ducktales.
i have a loose Cocoran, Clock Tower and three (3!) non-working copies of Gimmick.
Damn! Did alot of people have problems with Gimmick or....

Sounds like a lot of people had problems with every Timewalk game.
My Mr. Gimmick seems to work perfectly except the star above his head glitches up sometimes. Looks more like a harp.

Well I was hoping people would come out and show love but it seems people only come out when they wanna complain about somethin. I've only had a problem with 1 game and they fixed it.

It's a shame Timewalk didn't stay on to continue to produce boxes/manuals/etc. I think it was Faltain1 who said while cart repro makers are common these days, Timewalk was really the only company that was doing high quality manual & posters for many games.

I don't have much of a collection to show off, just a loose cart of Clock Tower. In hindsight, I wish I grabbed a CIB copy as well as a few other games that were on my wishlist before they closed. I have seen a few of the NES boxes and packaging they made and the quality was impressive.

I Hear ya! Wish i would of grabbed more while i had the chance! Especially some of the NES games, Was just so focused on SNES at the time!
They definately had some great quality manuls and extras! I loved the little bonus oldschool playing cards and things they sometimes tossed in as well!
Oh snap! I Didnt realize your for sale thread is what plants craved! This whole time i thought it was electrolytes!
Actually posting because i came across my pictures from when i sold my collection and figured i would share in case anyone was interested in contents or whatever. Plus i just thought it was cool to see them again! if contents aren't shown its because it was sealed. Photo heavy (sorry for poor quality)!!
