Good luck with the sale, but I originally tried to get a similar price premium (and pairing it with a matching BK1 LE) and I sat on it for a LONG time.
(and as a separate benchmark the FULL set of #23's went for $700 -- BK1, BK2, Mystic Pillars, Geminim, and Siamond)
Take from that what you will, just trying to offer some realistic expectation on where pricing sits for that one.

I'm sure he's refering to the fact that this scumbag seller has it listed as a "homebrew" on ebay. I mean, the seller probably didn't even do that on purpose because ebays been known to pull listings with repro in the title, he just did it because he's a moron that doesn't know the difference.
