    I don't know about F2, but that is a PAL SE.

    I am going to question the seller and see if he can be a bit more detailed on the regions of some of the rarer games. I guess that may be the reason for the conservative buy now.

    The seller confirmed the only PAL game is SE.

    The fact that the seller has a BIN of $1,200 on a 80 game lot indicates to me that he hopes someone will mistake the SE for the real deal. Personally, I'd stay far away from that auction.

    A quick way to spot a PAL SE versus an NTSC SE is the title of the game. The NTSC cart has "Stadium Events" written in a single line. In the PAL version it's split into two (like the picture above).

    It is a PAL SE for sure. This is the same seller from College Park, Atlanta that always posts on ebay with a high reserve. He's been posting on craigslist and ebay for several months now, and I guess is very firm on the price. He normally states that it is PAL:
