Hope I'm posting this in the right forum as I'm just making it as a quick announcement.

Hey guys so after plenty of observation, practice and having all the required pieces arrived from Japan. I'm finally giving modding services for the Sega Nomad system.



I'm offering the following mods:

-New LCD screen

-Jap/Pal region mod

-Higher quality speaker replacement

-Blue LED mod

-Converting your Battery pack to a rechargble pack

-New higher quality speaker

Example:

 old speaker

 

 new speaker





Also deep cleaning and resoldering those loose solder spots in places such as under the power jack.





Due to just starting this service, I've only got enough parts to currently work on 3 Sega Nomads with 1 spot already taken.



If there is enough demand, I shall order more.

    This is cool. I just had the LCD screen replaced on my Nomad but I'd love to do the battery pack and speaker mods.

    Are you able to supply the battery pack to be modded for a fee? I don't have one at the moment.

    Also what would be the final price for the full package - screen, battery mode, speaker? I don't think I need the LED but I guess that does not affect the price much...
