I paid a lot more than that for mine, it really depends on who's looking. It was actually the last one I needed to complete my set and I think it's one of the harder ones to find.
I paid $105 for Contra III nfr and Street Fighter 2 nfr. So I figure I paid about $60. Pegboy is right though. I found that to be a pretty solid deal. I would have paid more. It was one of the hardest ones to find. Id reconsider what I said, you could get around $100 if it's in nice shape. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it's kind of a niche thing (nfr games). It might not sell quite as quick as a regular game. On the other hand someone might be looking for one now and it'll go fast. Hope this helps!
I have a MINT one and when I sold off my SNES NFRs, I intentionally kept it because I thought it was undervalued. Not sure where the market values it, but IMO it will be an easy $100+ at some point, if not now.
I got mine from a buddy whose aunt worked for Nintendo in some capacity and gave him all of her son's SNES games she got him in the course of her employment. I'm pretty sure he has all of the NFR games...but he won't sell me the dang TMNT IV.
Edit: I should say he gave me the Contra for free because he never played it as a kid and still hasn't to this day.
Thanks guys! Yeah I think if it's not even worth $100 then it has to be undervalued right now. Seems like one of two hardest NFRs for the Super to find.

Probably because initially the woman didn't know the difference so we agreed on $20. Then she realized the NFR label and wanted $70.
