If its got the big N on it, I'm there. but only games and systems, not things like toys or alike. I've got somewhere in the region of 40 systems across my Nintendo & Sega collection now, including variants & dupes that is. I have been collecting official accessories recently though, pretty much all done on that front now apart from the N64 Keyboard, Gamecube Keyboard and a few other odds & ends. I've not properly got into sega's yet, I've got most of the systems (missing Nomad and one or two others that weren't released in the UK) but not too many games.
I collect mainly for the NES but I have a lot of other systems for which I buy my favorite games. Atari 2600, SNES, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Virtual Boy, PS2 + PSX, Wii and DS.
NES is by far my favorite system. I plan to collect all NTSC variants, PAL variants, and anything else I can think of.
I also have a bunch of Famicom, SNES, N64, tons of Gameboy and some of the lesser (meaning non Nintendo) systems. NES is the only system I care enough about to record what I have. When I go to a flea market and see SNES stuff, I often pass because I dont knowif I have a game or not.
I also try to pick up anything with the Nintendo logo on it and any toys or candies that are based on NES characters (like those Megaman toys). Unfortunately Nintendo makes Pokeman, so theres way too much stuff there for me to try for.
My primary collection is Xbox (orignial one), then NES since it's from my childhood. I really enjoy collecting both, but Xbox is a little more fun as games are still available everywhere and it seems right now everyone is unloading there stuff for it. My dad and I play a lot of Xbox together right now through live and we are actually setting a perminant LAN room at my folks house since they have room for it. Will be setup for 4 systems.
Currently, I am collecting for the SNES. I slowly collect for the NES and N64 (when i find something in the wild that i don't have). I love rare and unique items (mainly "not for resale" cats). Aside from video game, I collect anything Henry Rollins related and I love to buy and shoot new GUNS! On the weekends you can find me at several of the local flea markets, thrift stores, pawn shops or gun shows! -Dan

You collect NFR kiosk carts too? I have a pretty good amount of them...mostly for N64 though, although I do have a few SNES ones. And I also collect those Gamecube demos as well.
Besides from NES I collect PAL CIB SNES (ca 100), PAL CIB N64 (ca 80), PAL CIB (prefere sealed) GC (ca 100) (also got a nice PAL kiosk demo collection).
And I'll try to get every Zelda and Sonic game, and thinking about getting a sealed PAL DC collection (got about 20 of 217(?) right now).
I also have a nice collection of PAL PSX, PS2, Atari 2600, Master System, DS, VB, Mega Drive (well, almost sold it all), sealed Xbox games and some other systems, but I'm getting rid of those.
Besides games I've got about 400 dvds, 400 cds and a lot of vinyls (love those 70'ies rock albums).
I've allways been a collector so I also got about 2000 cartoons I'm selling (but they Norwegian and not of any interest for you guys).
But there's so many NES games I still need, so I'm thinking every day that I will sell all my non-NES games, but that's a hard dessicion (desiscion, decission, crap - yeah, yeah I'm Norwegian).
