Paypal Question for Sellers

Hey guys, this might be off topic, but I am selling a pretty high dollar game ($1200) through paypal. The guy that is buying it does NOT have a confirmed address, and it says I dont have seller protection through paypal. The guy paid for it already, but I'm a little nervous to ship it out because if I read the regulations correctly all he has to say is that he never recieved it, and since the address is unconfirmed, I would be shit out of luck. Any help would be appreciated, and sorry if I posted this in the wrong area of the forum!

    use tracking, video you shipping it, sign on delivery, and you should be good. If he tries to say he never received it i would think he would have to return your money?

    The thing that has me nervous is the guy that bought game from me is from out of the country but the shipped he provided was a mail box in the states. Just seems sketchy and got me a little leery to ship it out.

    A friend of mine shares his mail box in San Diego with me and I use that address on eBay, it's a common practice for us that we live near the border with the US but we can't have a PO Box due to the lack of a California Driver License or any other US resident document. I think that all that Ethan suggested should be enough evidence.
