Anyone know the value of Joyride Studios figures...

I have the following figures and was wondering if anyone has a good idea of the values..

Metroid (Samus)
Zelda  OOT (Link)
Zelda OOT (Link + Epona)
Luigi's Mansion (Luigi)
Super Mario Sunshine (Mario & Yoshi)
Sonic Adventure 2 (Sonic)
Super Monkey Ball (GonGon & Baby)
Super Monkey Ball (AiAi & MeeMee)
Crazy Taxi (Axel)

Here's a picture:

Oh and according to this guy it's worth $5000.00...

I highly doubt it, but I would be very happy if it were near anything close to that.

  • Holy crap man, those are beautiful. The Samus is averaging $200, Sonic is probably around the $70 dollar range, the Zelda figures are all over the place these days so i'm not too sure, but at least in the $100 range i'm assuming, they literally change by the day sometimes way more and sometimes way less. The others, I really don't know. Resident evil ones are somewhat common though probably not a whole lot. I own the Samus figure, but If your selling any of the other figures send me a PM cause I would love to have some of them. Hope this helps a little.

    Yes, thanks for the help.

Well, I'm not sure I want to sell any of those since I'm sure I'd regret it.
I'll let you know if I decide to sell any.

Oh and I messaged that guy selling the Link figure for $5000 and pretended to be naive on the who thing.. (more than I actually am in fact).. I asked if he's seen any of these sell for something close to his $5k offer and he replied with this.....

    Hi,
Thanks for your intrest in my item. Yes I have seen two sold at a very
high price. One was for around 8,000 and the other 6,000. One person was asking
for 10,000. All were brand new and sealed. yes it may seem very steep but these
were a one time print for these figures and I believe Joyride studio has since
closed down there business in 2007 making this figure much harder to find if
possible. I have had many offers and I hate to part with this but I am
unemployed at the moment and will not let it go unless the price is right. Again
thanks for your intrest and god bless you , Raoul

  • Do you still have the Jet Set Radio Future figure?

It certainly looks like it! If you still have the figures, then their value is probably even greater now with the Amiibo craze! Haha.

I still have them. I also have Amiibos. The only thing I don't have is room for all of this $?@#!

  • Yeah that Beat figure from JSRF is soooo hot.

If you sold just one of those figures today you could maybe purchase a hunnerd more rooms for room. Or something.

  • I remember this. I'm assuming most of these are worth quite a bit more than they were 4 years ago. Still looks awesome to see them displayed all together in that pic.

What's the going rate for a mint, factory sealed Jet Set Radio figure?

I've only been able to find a couple on eBay, but they were in pretty rough shape.

I had someone offer me $250 for it, but didn't follow through.
  • That figure is super rare and most likely worth alot to the right buyer. I think 250 for it is low. In that condition it might fetch 350 to 400 possibly more. I would hold on to it, I have never seen one before and it's a real gem as far as video game toys are concerned.

    That would be nice.

I'd like to hold onto it, but I just had to have bad brake lines repaired on my '99 Civic and it wasn't cheap.

JSR isn't really near and dear to my heart. As much as I hate selling anything from my collection, if there were an offer along the lines of what you suggested I may consider it to help out with the bills.
