SNES window display controller

Not my listing, but check it:

Youtube vid of it in action:

What it does:

You put it in the window, and random customers/passersby can play an SNES game by waving their hands in front of the store window. You can adjust it to have them just touch the glass, but... finger prints and all.

But man, this is the most coolest thing I've ever seen as far as displays go. I kinda wish I had the cash to have it in my store!

  • I think I saw his pickup thread on it. This thing is so cool
  • pretty neat I would say so myself =0)
  • I was/am an interested buyer of this and talked to the seller on Ebay, but unfortunately there's no Nintendo # or branding of any sort on the inside of the controller. The issue with that being if you do some searching online, you can see that these types of things CAN be done at home by people with the know-how. And while this is definitely older, it doesn't mean the knowledge to make these wasn't around back then and some third party company made it without Nintendo being involved at all.

So while it's cool, the only way I was prepared to spend the $ on it that I was going to, I'd have to be sure it was indeed a Nintendo-made item and not a fan-made item.

Anyone on here happen to know the providence of this kind of thing? Did Nintendo themselves make this or a 3rd-party?
  • Not for 3500$ LOL
