Silent Hill 2/MGS 2 promo video tape. Any idea on it's worth?

Used to work at EB back in the PS2 era. Is this video tape something that collectors look for? I can post a video of it once I find a VCR. Because its a promo video of two high profile games I'm hoping it has some sort of value.

    Any idea on the value of something like this? It's pretty hard to find comparable items.

    People always asking a lot for these. They typically sell for $5-$10 for these style of things and then sometimes people ask so much but I have never seen a lot of them go for over $10, people ask sometimes $10-$40 and never seen one go that high. Maybe I'm wrong but they are not as in demand as other memrobilia.
