    It says it is unsold.. So maybe no one else thought it was a good price too...

    Unsold - but I don't know that it's an outrageous price. Complete in box with map copies go for 100 or close to it. Tripling that for a sealed one isn't crazy. It's high, but it's not insane. It's hard to tell what a sealed game is worth. Not enough of them are bought and sold to provide a price point the way you can for cart only or CIB
