What is the Value of this Nintendo Sign !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to buy this sign from a local dealer but he won't let it go cheap. If this was to be put on Ebay or another auction site what do you think it would get. Any imput would be great. I don't want to over pay and see the sign a year from now for less.

    I think it's around $200-$300. Is it double sided?

    Yea this sign kind of bounces around on price, I've seen them sell from $200 to upwards of $500, this one appears to be in very nice shape so I would say on the higher side, I'd say maybe offer him $300 to start and go from there.

    Which one is it? The super stars sign or the double sided mario sign or is it connected? I know i've seen the super stars sign before on here. Don't remember a particular value but thought the sign pretty cool. What are the dimensions of it?
