I rarely see this CIB, let alone, sealed. So, my main question is, what's it worth, does anyone have a CIB price if not a sealed? 2nd question, looks legit seal right?
I'd say you're looking at $50-60 sealed and roughly $30-40 not sealed. I sold a sealed NTSC one for $50 a little bit ago. Few ended auctions on it. $30 for PAL and NTSC got nailed at $18 as opened CIB copies.

That's not a factory seal for a PAL game I don't believe. Should have a read tearstrip.
I don't think that's exactly true. I've had games straight from a factory sealed box come without a red tear strip seal. I'd bet only certain titles got red strip seals.
It doesn't look like a real seal to me either. No ventholes, a gaping hole in the back and the wrap is very loose anyway.
Yeah all those things kind of demand attention and somebody a bit more experienced. I've not had a sealed game without a red tear strip for a while so kind of out of sync.
