Donkey Kong Country 3 Player's Guide Sealed

I have no idea on these things as the prices on the guides fluctuate so much, let alone a sealed. I'm curious how the price of a unsealed to sealed differentiates.

Here is the sealed one in question.

  • Id be all over that if shipping to Canada wasnt that bad. I love me some dkc3
  • How do you know it is actually new/factory sealed and not just a store reseal?

The only new/factory sealed player's guides direct from Nintendo that I have seen, came in a different kind of wrap with vent holes, seam down the back, and usually had a mailing address label from Nintendo stuck on the back cover.

I have an actual factory sealed Link to the Past guide and a few Twilight Princess Wii version guides + Soundtrack. I know last year I saw a factory sealed Chrono Trigger and Game Boy Player's guide and all of them had an address label under the plastic.

    Hope that helps

Well, this was bought it in Europe. The original owner who I bought it from claimed to have bought this years ago from a store years ago and he has had it in a closet ever since.

There were lots of stores that would seal up new guides that didn't come factory sealed.

I would agree that more often than not the stores were sealing these themselves to sell.

  • So it's likely new but a store reseal. Ah oh well, I'll take it.
  • It may get more than a normal price because of that fact, but personally if I can get them this way I do as I know the insides will be a SUPREME VICTORY!
  • Agreed, may not be a factory seal, but its a seal thats been like that for years. Probably in nice condition inside.
  • So what kind of premium would this pull do you believe over a non sealed?
  • oh, bumpity bump bump bumperson bumperson bumperson, oh bumpity bump bump bump bump bump bumpity bump bump bump
