Yeah, McMahon was hilariously ridiculous with that shit in the late '80s through mid '90s.

    *Wrestler hits a simple suplex*

"OH HE COULD HAVE HIM HERE! ONE, TWO, THREEEE! WAIT, NO, HE KICKED OUT -- HE KICKED OUT! WHAT A MAAAAAATCH!"

    LOL.

As a kid it amused me though.

Now as a grown-up, it annoys me. Plus Cole doesn't put the charm on it like McMahon did. Vince did it so over the top that even as a kid you couldn't help but chuckle. No one believed in Vince's crap, but the way he said it was at least somewhat entertaining.

Cole is just annoying when he does it.

I say it almost daily to anybody that wants to listen, Sasha banks is easily top 3 goin in wwe today. With brian out is say cesaro gets that too spot with Sasha banks right behind him. Her offense is unlike anyone's and she strings moves together so nice, I love to watch her wrestle. It's crazy how she really came out of nowhere too, she did some small indie in Boston, but nothing big really, it seems she really is the best student of the performance center thus far

Oh I'm definitely a Sasha fan. Agreed that she's probably in my top 3 WWE players list.

    She is the future.

I predict she will be bigger than Charlotte.

BTW did you guys know Sasha is Snopp Dogg's first cousin? Only a matter of time before the two do some kind of segment/skit together (probably after Sasha makes her eventual face turn a year or 2 from now).

I smell Wrestlemania 33 backstage skit between Sasha and Snopp already, lol.
  • lol what a maneuver!!!!! I always loves how Vince's voice got really high when he would do the one two, did he get him? Noooooo

Snoop showed up at mania once if I'm correct, they deff could bring him back again with Sasha. I don't think they are close or anything but hey when she's a star you know they will end up being close lol
  • No one has mentioned it but am I the only one who said here we go again Cena back to Champion after him and Rollins had that war of words on RAW. Been saying for awhile Cena will lose the USA strap and be pushed back towards title.
  • I heard cena vs Rollins is rumored for summerslam, don't know the stipulation yet though
  • Crazy. I'm shocked.

Hogan blackballed from WWE. All merch taken down, Curtis Axel's Hogan gimmick has been axed (har har) and WWE.com now has Curtis Axel pics as just... Curtis Axel.

As soon as Cena came out during Rollins' promo, I instantly, loudly exclaimed "Oh come on, man! You've had the belt 15 times already! Give it a break!" Kinda shocked my wife. I'm not prone to outbursts, apparently.

But for reals, we see where this is going. *sigh*

I wonder if there's more to it, as the interview and audio concerned don't really come across as racist for me. Especially the way it's being portrayed with the media head lines on other websites.

I reacted the same way, when all else fails put then against cena. So how many people in a row will this be, rusev, owens, now Rollins? All young and deserving talent too. God I hope this match doesn't happen

It's okay, Vince already said it like three months ago or something -

He used the n word multiple times lol even if he wasn't saying anything bad about black people, just using the n word is enough to get you in trouble and be called a racist

  • Hogan's Twitter is exploding right now. Virgil and Mick Foley are backing him up. I wonder if this is going to just blow over a huge publicity stunt that someone (McMahon) will capitalize on. Hogan's worth WAY too much money for something like this, lmao.
  • It sucks on all fronts.

I grew up a Hulkamaniac and this kind of tarnishes all those cherished memories. It's not like he murdered someone (i.e. Benoit) but it sucks to hear a childhood icon of yours be so... insensitive and racist. It really sucks.

Not to mention as old and out of touch as he is, it was still awesome to see him make the occasional appearance, because he was still Hulk Hogan. WM30, 31, Hogan-Brock confrontation on Raw when it was Hulk's bday (Remember "Party's over, Grandpa" ? LOL epic line from Brock... actually prophetic too on his part).

Plus there was a slim chance at him having one last match at Mania 32.

Or much more realistically, an Austin-Hogan podcast on the Network.

Sad that all of that is now gone... just because of a bad moment he had.
  • I highly reccomend watching cesaro vs Rollins from smackdown this week, the matches pace starts at a 10 and does not let up, I would say it was on par with those cena cesaro matches. He's really giving it his all right now, even if the booking sucks, it's a great time to be a fan with the match quality going on
  • Never watched SD, but the line-up looked like a ppv.

As private as the Hogan tape is, still shouldn't have said it. And no! Bad cena!Bad! No title for you.
  • So apparently Rollins broke Cena's nose last night, and Cena still won. Gonna take all kinds of slippery maneuvers for Rollins to retain his title at Summer Slam.
  • No idea why they would give that ppv match away on raw, the show seemed awsome tonight though. I don't know why people trash talk Paige all the time now, I think she proved against banks that she can go
  • Yeah cena is a trooper, his nose was pretty mangled. That superplex rollins hit was so slick, i was like "holy f"!

The people that I see trash Paige have no idea about her career. She was raised in a wrestling family and has been in the business her whole life. She was a beast in NXT.

I think that's the whole thing, she was great in nxt and now is mediocre. I think wats mediocre is the way she was booked and the divas division as a whole, she still performed every week without having great opponents. I think another thing was that her and aj just didn't mesh as well as everyone hoped

  • I have to agree with wes. Paige on the main roster has been meh to me. Her matches do nothing for me. She has a great unique look, she has a unique personality but I think her matches are plain vanilla. Her moves aren't super crisp, her low dropkick annoys me and I don't think she and Sasha clicked last night.

She started out hot (winning the title on her debut night) but has gone downhill ever since. I respect her background but her in-ring ability is overrated IMHO.
  • I think you misunderstood me, I'm a pretty big advocate of Paige, I was saying she was underwhelming because of her opponents and booking. Some of her best work so far on the main roster has been against Alicia fox but they were all main event matches that nobody watched. I think her and Sasha had a good match on raw, it wasn't like usual banks quality but still good. I feel like her and Becky when they finally wrestle is gonna be an awsome match, they both have the same kind of style in ring. The only nxt chick that I think won't translate right now is Charlotte, I feel like most of what made her good was being in matvhes with banks this whole time in nxt, she's still pretty green and putting her up against like Brie or Naomi is gonna be terrible. Charlotte and banks is prob one of the better feuds that happened in the past year though so they need to do a ppv match with them two at some point

  • not my upload and not the best quality unfortunately, but if you haven't seen this match from Day 7, do yourself a favor and watch now!
  • I'll watch tomorrow, shibata is so fucking good, so is ibushi but I like shibata more
  • Damn just heard the news rest in peace Rowdy Roddy Piper

Whoa , Just saw this and checked wrestlezone.

Noone realizes without hot rod being the master heel opposite hogan wrestlemania doesnt work. and his heat with Mr T lasted all the way for a year till the payoff at WM2.  Saw him do pipers pit at WM5 when he sprayed morton downey jr with a fire extinguisher. definitely a sad day in the wwe universe

  • I am going to have to watch my VHS copy of Rowdy Roddy Piper's Greatest Hits and then The Magic Glasses in honor of this man's passing
  • I already have my copy of They Live! playing.
  • Thoughts go out to family and frends.
