Price Check please on Hagane box in very good condition (only minor crush damage)

Here are some pictures that were sent to me of the hagane box that I am looking to purchase. I got the sellers BIN price down to a counteroffer of $265.00 and I was thinking that I should really pick it up at this price. I  already have the manual and game, and I REALLY would love to complete my Hagane game with a nice box for the right price. The photos are not the greatest, and he doesnt seem to know how to take proper photos of things that need close examination (for the buyers sake).I am new here and do not want to abuse this forum price check function, but was simply wondering if anyone out there could help. If i were to grade the box's condition on a scale of 1-10, I would say that is a 7 or 8. Thanks for any help that may come. Cheers!

    I'd say that's a solid 8 to 9 out of 10 and can't offer much on the price but it seems good and this game has only risen in price and looks like it will continue to. I'd say if you want it then go for it as you likely won't find it much cheaper and the longer you wait the worse it will likely get.

    Thanks a lot for the input. I went through with the purchase, and I feel great! The only thing that was a little worrisome for me was his eBay sale history, which was a big fat whopping 0. Through emails he seems like a good dude, so that made me feel better about it. Hope it arrives in nicely packaged and in pristine shape!
