You have a point. I have been buying a few CIB ones even though i already have the game, Its easier but then again you can sometimes get lucky finding amazing deals on a huge number of boxes on ebay because some people see them as a cardboard box thats worthless...
bumping this thread, as I'm interested in the value of a full n64 cart only set (296). I looked on ebay.com, and it looks like there were two sales, one for $3000 and one for $3500. Are those fair representations now?
To get a complete collection for right around retail is a pretty fair deal. If I was selling that, I'd want a premium for the time and effort involved in amassing all the games. Assuming the games were in good overall shape, I'd expect to pay at least $3000.
