So I've got a loose copy of Ninja Turtles, everything on the cart looks normal. I put it in a system and the game that plays is Duck Tales. Any ideas on this?

Most likely somebody just opened up the cart and switched the PCBs for some reason. It could have been on purpose, or it could have been a mistake.

I dont know why someone would waste there time switching a tmnt pcb board, usually it is done with rarer games.

It was probably an ex-rental...my buddy did that a couple times. Swap a game you're sick of into the case for a game you want. Then return the game.

I did that several times with N64 back when I was in high school.

That's funny. Swapping boards and selling them that way... I did this for my SFC game in order to play it, but that was for a good reason.
