edit to add: taking another look at the auction, some of those boxes have major sun fade. Not syaing it still isn't a good deal, but with the fade and the rental stickers etc. it definitely affects the value. Some of those Contra Force boxes aren't even the same color.

That's kinda what I was getting at. Just seems like some were getting bent out of shape simply because it wasn't them. Of course I would rather it go to collector who would sell for cheaper, but it was an open auction that anyone could have bid on.

Yea hating on the dude that won is dumb to me. If you wanted it why didnt you bid? oh you missed it? well they didnt and they won fair and square open bidding. Anyone could have bid more but they didnt. Anyone who won was going to flip most of it since no one would pay that kind of money to keep multiple copies of contra force. People on here rarely give good prices anyway so I doubt that would happen. It was all going to end up back on ebay to begin with.
I throw bids at stuff all the time with the intention of flipping it or selling some and building my collection for free that way. I rarely win, but if I do then how is that the buyers fault? If anything Im helping the person selling because they got more than they would have without me bidding. Calling the person who won the open to everyone fair auction garbage is pretty petty. Especially since the price ended in the range where others might have been interested too, and a reseller didnt overpay to upcharge

I would have been like : "HELL YEAH!"
now we gotta watch as some douchebag Jacks up the Prices and lists them for 3 Times what Price Charting and previous copies (in Simliar Condiion) has gone for!
