Please Help asap!

Hey guys, so first let me say that I have been looking for this game in good condition since day one. I search for it literally every time I log onto eBay and never have luck. The other day, a copy popped up for seemed like dirt cheap, so I sent the guy an offer and he accepted. He normally sells antiques, but had a couple of games and this was one of them. I just got it today in the mail and I just need to know if it's too good to be true or if I just got super lucky! Please help me authenticate the box, cart, and manual. Thanks so much!

  • More pics
  • I can't help you authenticate much since I'm not an expert in SNES boxes and manuals.

I will offer a little advice. In order for people to authenticate the cartridge they are going to want you to open up the cartridge and take board pics.
  • Label on the cart looks fake. All sorts of artifacts from scan/reprint, off center, poorly cut. I'll let someone else chime in on box and manual.

Definitely need to open the cart up.
  • It's weird though because I just looked at the pic I posted of the cart and saw right away the ink marks so I just looked at the cart now in good light and there was nothing like that. Maybe my camera? I really don't know. I've been doing tons of research and everything looks totally legit. I hope that's right... But I'm really expecting it to be fake so I'm looking for reasons, but honestly it really does look fine... I hope a few more people can shed some light so I can figure it out! As for board pics, I regrettably don't have a screwdriver. I've honestly never had to use one till now...top priority now though lol does anyone have any legit board pics they can post to use as an example? Thanks!

like the others said, open it up and take pics of the board and post them here.

  • Bah! I hate it when these threads don't get resolved due to a lack of a security bit! How the fuck do you clean your games without one?

Probably the same way I do, with rubber bands and Elmer's Glue.

  • Hey guys, went to my local retro store to get my incantation open to check the board. (I ordered my own tools but they won't be here for a few days) so here it is!
  • Board is legit, not sure about the box or label
  • Thank you! Box, label, and manual have been checked and are good, so that was my last test! It's all good, just my lucky break
