something is up w/ this game at when i turn on the power on my SNES

i have this game ( noticed it while i was cleaning the shelf, )



cleaned the connects and i am still getting this unreadable picture ( photos below ).



i was wondering at what can be done to this ( as in at how it can be fixed ), so i can enjoy playing this game ..?

    Does the screen flicker? If so... they're here! Sorry, this reminded me of Poltergeist. I hope you get your issue fixed.

    h aha hh I hope not, that is all that I would need. talking messing up your night/ day =0)



    but I do see the character(s) moving in the background tho ... its just something, visual ( I guess you can say that or I don't know at what you called it =0/ )



    I am no expert but would like to know at how it can be fixed ....

    Do you have another SNES to test with?



    Could try replacing the 74LS00 on the bpard

    no, I ll have to try it on the spare one that I have ( haven't thought of that to be honest, because the rest of the game(s) work on this one )

    ok, the problem was fixed ( as in replacing the system, as mentioned ). thanks =0)

    I haven 3 SNES ( and have 2 extra as spares for any hiccups like this ) ... ( also the same for the NES ) =0)
