Who's Playing Mario Maker?

So who has played it yet, or who plans to play it?  I should be receiving my preorder from Amazon today and I'm looking forward to checking it out.  I figure it should easily be worth the price of admission with the uploadable custom levels... essentially infinite replay value.

    I am at work for another 5 hours so I will be going to pick up my pre-order at that time and will be playing it probably all weekend.



    We should get a group going on here to share levels with each other.

    When is yoshi wooly world out? I prepaid for that at the same time.

    It comes with what they call an idea book. It is more like an unorganized trippy Mario scene. I looked through the entire thing and I have no clue what ideas they were trying to give me. Oh well, it's still cool.

    Best Buy delayed the shipping on my preorder to October for some reason, but I'll go into the store and pick it up instead. Can't wait to mess around with it!

    Took the day off so I could play. Mentally exhausted after completing my ultra hard level. Code is in the level thread. I'm going to follow all the NA members who post in there.

    I won't have time to get it today, but most likely tomorrow or Sunday I will. I can't wait. I love level creation tools!

    Yoshi is out 10/16 bud.  I preordered today looks like it has an amiibo that comes with the preorder like the mario party 10 did!

    I picked up my copy mid-day from Best Buy. I was slightly surprised that the outer box didn't come shrink wrapped or sticker sealed.

    I was programming a level editor for a week so I did not pick this one up, I'm sick and tired of Level editors already



    Kidding aside, I think it's a great concept, and makes me remember Super Mario Flash, a flash SMB game where you could create your own levels, which I used to like.

    Maybe I'll get a copy after all those programming hijinks.

    Got the amiibo special edition today with a nice boxed badge set.



    Not played it yet because I'm watching the cricket highlights.

    It was delivered earlier today, but I haven't had a chance to play it yet. I did manage to snag one of the 8-bit Mario 30th edition amiibos on Amazon before they sold out in less than a minute, so I was stoked about that. Looking forward to playing some NA-created levels over the weekend.

    I picked it up today and the kids are having a good time with it so far.



    They found some levels online that are "Do not push any button" types where you literally get pushed through the entire stage. Some of them are pretty ingenious.
