Is this seal legit?

Hello everyone. I bought this a while back from a forum site. Can't remember if it was this one or not. Anyway, was about to throw it up on the bay, but wanted to check and make sure it is legit. When I bought it, dude said it was legit, but I don't know much about sealed PS2 games. Anyway, here are some pics. Any comments, help, advice, is much appreciated. 



Also, the artwork has no creases or marks on the spine. I know that PS2 games don't always leave marks when they are opened though.
