I will watch parts I enjoy from raw, I don't call it jaded, I call it not wanting to waste my time watching stuff I don't like. Nxt is awsome I don't know what you are talking about, it got kinda stale for a month or so, but it's back to being amazing again
I don't even watch RAW or SD anymore, as it has proven to be nothing but a huge waste of time. The PPVs are barely even worth it, but I've got the Network, and a few buddies and I are going to beer it up, lol.
I haven't watched Smackdown since whenever the last live special was, which I think was right after it moved to SyFy. I haven't really been paying attention to Raw either. I just flip over during commercials of whatever else I'm watching and read the recap on LOP in the morning. I'm with you on the PPVs too. If I didn't have a friend with the network, I doubt that I'd be watching them either.
I watch every ppv like a chump, I still love wrestling and can't miss those. There is deff some good things going on right now, but there is also a lot of bad stuff which makes it uneasy to watch sometimes. I just wish cesaro would get that push already, it was looking up for him, but then he couldn't win any big matches and I heard he just lost to the fucking big show on smackdown. If big show still wants to be around he should be Atleast doing some jobs for younger guys to push them. All he does is walk around like an idiot and punch everyone in the face. Wwe doesn't know what to do with more than half of the roster, they have a great talent like Cody Rhodes who is stuck with a stupid gimmick having stupid matvhes that no one cares about. He is another guy who should be taken serious and be brought up to that next level
I watch RAW and never miss a PPV but I haven't watched SD in as long as I can remember. What's the point it's basically all the lower talent rematches from RAW every week.
Wyatt Family vs Ambrose/Reigns and a mystery partner
I'm going to call Samoa Joe as the mystery partner to counter the size of Strowman. My prediction is that the rebooted Wyatt Family gets the win while Ambrose and Reigns go back to wrestling in the mid card until creative finds something to do with them.
Dolph Ziggler vs Rusev
Since this feud has been built around Lana, Rusev will win to keep dragging it out until she comes back from her wrist injury.
Intercontinental Title Match: Ryback (c) vs Kevin Owens
Ryback is injury prone and has been another failed attempt to "bring back the prestige" of the IC Title. Owens wins and gets a push to see if he can draw as IC Champion.
Tag Team Title Match: The New Day (c) vs Dudley Boyz
The Dudley Boyz win to elevate the tag titles before eventually dropping them back to The New Day.
Divas Title Match: Nikka Bella (c) vs Charlotte
Since Nikki finally passed AJ's record, Charlotte wins the title to finally add some momentum to the "Divas Revolution" storyline beyond 3 on 3 tag matches.
US Title Match: Seth Rollins (c) vs John Cena
I personally think Rollins should keep the US Title, but my guess is that Cena wins so they can sell more "The US Champ is Here" t-shirts. Cena likely brings back the US Open Challenge on Raw.
WWE Title Match: Seth Rollins (c) vs Sting
None of the possible outcomes really do anything for me, but I'll go with Rollins beating Sting in a close match only to have Sheamus cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on the exhausted champion. Triple H will then call out the now title-less Rollins on Raw for his "I'm better than Triple H" comments setting up a match between the two likely at Survivor Series.

This is awesome, and I agree with and can see most of what you have here actually going over in some form or another.
The only thing I'm still on the fence about is Nikki more or less losing the belt shortly after beating the record. It wouldn't surprise me, though.
Tag Team outcome is pretty spot on IMHO.
If not Night of Champions for Shaemus to cash in, then when...?
I see Owens getting the IC belt tonight. If he doesn't, they will drag it out for a bit longer and then he'll get it. Tonight's the night for title changes though, as this is Night of Champions...
...However, we are dealing with WWE "creative" team here, so I pretty much suspend my logic and disbelief, lol.

I was going to do a "what I think should happen" vs "what I think will happen" format post, but it would've been a wall of text that could probably crash the NA servers. I went back and forth on the Divas Title match, but I'm pretty sure the only reason that Nikki has held the title this long was just to get AJ Lee out of the record books. You can't really have a "divas revolution" if they don't put the title on one of the new girls. I'd rather see Rollins win both matches clean to really put some weight behind the "I'm better than Triple H" comments after he's been booked so weakly over the past few months. That way they could have a non title street fight match with a "pride is bigger than the title" theme to it. I think having Cena win the US Title right back and basically cancel out the point of the "winner take all" match doesn't make any sense either, but he sells merchandise and that's what seems to matter more to the WWE than logic in their storylines. Sheamus as WWE Champion is about as boring as watching paint dry, but I'm sure the WWE wants to get all of the mainstream press that they can when the new TMNT movie comes out.
Am I the only one who really likes roman and dean as a tag team? They have pretty good tandem moves, roman is actually tolerable as the hot tag man which I've been saying he is all along, and they just have good chemistry in and out of the ring. Id say after this, put them up against the Dudley's and new day and maybe put the straps on them. I'm really enjoying watching them. Last night I watched raw and smackdown, some channel played both in a row while we were playing board games so I caught wat was goin on lol
I'd be fine with keeping Ambrose and Reigns as a tag team. It would benefit the tag division while giving both guys something to do besides being stuck in the midcard with no direction. The only problem with that idea is that it actually makes sense, which seems to be the opposite of the WWE creative team does.
Wyatt Family vs Ambrose/Reigns and a mystery partner

I'm thinking Eric Rowan will be the mystery partner givin the black/white sheap masks, and he was previousely face and has'nt been around for awhile.
Dolph Ziggler vs Rusev

Agreed, I think this fued will come to an end soon.

I'm hoping Owens wins.

Agree

Hard to say. But Bree does stuff here breasts when they do the twin magic trick.
US Title Match: Seth Rollins (c) vs John Cena

I think Rollins will win.

I'm hoping Sting wins. I would'nt mind if a big title like this is only defended every so often like it was with Lesnar last year. It really helped elevate the other two titles and a lot of wrestlers.
Seth retains clean after a match with cena, can't get mad at that booking
It makes me wonder what the point of the "winner take all" match was since they just hit the reset button and put everything back the way it was. It also made Sting look pretty weak to get beat by a guy that not only just lost a match clean, but also got laid out by Cena right before the title match started.
I was surprised Jericho returned (I know he does a surprise return like twice a year, but I would have never guessed him in this situation). I really thought it would have been fitting for Eric Rowan to have been the secret 3rd contender.
I was surprised at a lot of things actually. I thought the Dudleys would have won for sure since it would have been their tenth time as tag champs, I figure the match was set up for them to win. I'm kind of glad they lost thou. Perhaps it's a sign that they may actually stick around for awhile, unlike many tag teams that return.
I was also leaning towards Sting winning the WWE title since he lost his first match at Wrestle Mania, I figured he would have won his title match. I remember hearing him say in an interview that he never wanted to go to the WWE because of how much they diminished WCW guys like Booker, and that he never wanted to be treated that way, but I guess that doesn't matter anymore. And like I said in my previous post, I have no issue if the WWE title is only put up once every 2 or 3 months by part time guys. Next ppv's match is a steel cage match between Lesner and Taker, and Summer Slam's main event was them as well. So where does that put the WWE title match? Not in the main event, so why not have Survivor Series main event be the title match and bring in more part timers. I knew Shamus wasn't going to cash in, but was a bit surprised by Kane's return. I knew he would be back to face Rollins but I figured it would have been a grudge match. I suppose a match between them at Hell in a Cell is fitting for the ppv thou.
Wow can't believe how easy that was. I called every single match right tonight. Pretty lame when that happens but I always say I write the script, they make it pretty easy. Only thing was poor Sting looks like he really got hurt bad. You can tell when Rollins threw him the 2nd time he was going for the secondary move he stopped when Sting fell backwards. Only thing I got wrong was I thought Sheamus actually would cash in. Oh well was close enough to a perfect game.
I figured Samoa Joe was going to be the third guy for the tag match, just to "even out the big boy" thing. Jericho was a huge let down; we actually paused the show to rewind it to all laugh at the fan who got in the ring, then got tackled by security - and the thing glitched and fast forwarded by mistake - and we just see Jericho already on the ring apron. Definite "WTF?!" moment of the night.
Gotta love how WWE basically thinks they are building things up to a climax, when all they're doing is desensitizing fans to the outcomes they are trying to create. I officially do not care when Shay-miss cashes in now, because last night was THE time to have him legit do it.
This is what happens when there's no more real competition and they can get away with C- scripts for PPVs over and over and over, kids.

I loved Wyatt's reaction to the fan jumping in the ring. "Is that your (third) guy? HAHAHAHA!"

Yeah, this was a pretty by the books show. Hell, most of the soon-to-be winners were the ones talking in the intro video. They practically told the audience the outcomes before show started.
The interrupted cash-ins are getting really, really irritating. The refs always botch it by stalling too long, walking as slow as possible to the ropes, double checking to make sure the briefcase is actually a briefcase, stop and read a newspaper, etc. Before Sheamus came out, I was convinced he was gonna cash in. As soon as the ref started to mope slowly to the ropes, my reaction was immediately "Oh jeez, who's going to interrupt THIS time?"
I enjoyed the tag title match, but if it's always going to be as easy as Xavier just interefering and keeping the belts by DQ, then my interest in the entire tag division has bottomed out. We're back to everyone needing to be a 3+ members stable(circa late 90's) just to make sure a match runs normal again. Ugh.
Was happy to see Nikki finally lose, so we can maybe put this whole mess of a "longest running diva's champion" BS behind us. Charlotte looked pathetic the entire match. I love that woman, but that was absolutely not the match for her to walk away with the title. There was no back-and-forth, it was just her getting whipped like a rabid dog then entire match, and Nikki submitting after one finisher. Zzzzzzz.

Dude, YES, lmao. The way the ref always botches and checks to make sure it's not a pizza or a baby or a box of grenades is hilarious. You knew Shay-miss was going to cash in, but I was royally pissed that Kane broke that up. If anything, he should have kicked Seth's ass and let him get pinned to lose the belt. That shit is WAY more interesting. So sick of "let's bend reality and logic to protect this guy for another 42 weeks" bullshit.
Sting losing is fine IMHO, he's putting people over now. He's probably making hundreds of thousands a PPV appearance.
Yeah, Sting even said in an interview recently that he had his time, he's over it(he's pushing 60 for cryin out loud). He's having fun now and looking forward to helping new guys. Still, I kinda hate that he's 0-2 now.
The "shock/awe" ending of the past umpteen PPV's is beating a dead horse. Every PPV, something happens. Every. Freakin'. Time. Like mentioned upthread, WWE writing is making the audience numb with all of these "surprises." Just let a main event match end for once without outside interference.

The "fan" looked a hell of a lot like drake younger, my first reaction was what the hell is drake doing there and ten he got tackled. I could see wwe doing a plant like that, but then it's like what's the point of it

I read earlier in the day that Jericho was there and I knew they were just going to use him as a one off to put Strowman over without hurting Ambrose or Reigns. The finish was stupid where he tagged himself in only to get choked out and then blew off Reigns and Ambrose like they should've ran in and made the save. I swear that these writers just make stuff up as they go instead of planning ahead.
See, for that reason, I avoid anything wrestling-related on the internet during the weekend of a PPV. So tired of people spoiling stuff. I was genuinely surprised when Sting appeared at Survivor Series last year. I went online the next morning and saw spoilers all over the place, so I'm happy I dodged that.

I think Jericho being the third guy was random as fuck, but what he did after the match is mad Jericho. He's been a heel for most of his career and they way roman and dean were looking at him sparked that we'll fuck you guys heel mentality. Not big on Jericho anymore but i think dean could benefit with feuding with Jericho. I just don't wanna see him and roman break up that tag team yet
I have never liked Jericho. I think he's terrible, other than when he makes fun of Stephanie on the mic. I honestly was hoping the third would have been the Rock, keep it in the family right? Maybe they can carry this on till the next PPV and Reigns can say something like ok we tried your guy Dean now let's try my guy.
I'm sure they will carry that on the next ppv, but it looks like orton will be their third man this time lol I really wanna see someone like joe come up or even balor. It would have been so cool if Finn came out as the demon and put a little fear in the family, that's who they really should get
Honestly, when the pause was going with that fan in the ring I said here comes Orton. In fact everyone at my house for the PPV was sure Orton was the 3rd. But hell the ROCK would have absolutely blown the roof off the place.

I think Rollins will win.
Sting...yawn.
Seamus cash in interrupted by Kane to end the show....
Who writes this stuff now? Jesus.

I loved Wyatt's reaction to the fan jumping in the ring. "Is that your (third) guy? HAHAHAHA!"
