Bomberman 64 has some very nice/amazing soundtracks ;-) My favourite in Bomberman 64 is Green Garden theme.
This year I discovered again some fantastic Mystical Ninja 2 soundtracks that I had forget. For example Ryugu Castle, Yae's Part-time Job, Floating World Town, and others.
My favourite of the game is Edo Castle but I remembered it very well from the first time I played the game.
I played Gauntlet Legends time ago but playing it again recently let me discover how beauty Town Fields music is, that track is magic in some parts.
I played yet back in days almost all the games that I beaten this year so I didn't discover much new tracks. But I have a 800 best N64 musics list and I'm improving it. I opened a post on GameFAQs asking people to advise me new good N64 musics.
I'm very proud of this achievement, the game is 100% beaten now.
- set lap records in all 50 different tracks
- set race records in all the World Championship races
- set race records in all the Expert championship races
- set race records in all the Arcade levels (Expert unlocked too)
- beaten Arcade and both Championship modes on hard difficulty
- beaten the overall Arcade, Expert Championship and World Championship mode records
So I unlocked the 4 bonus cars:
Ford Escort V-Rally
Lancia Delta Integrale
Lancia Stratos
Toyota Celica GT-Four
Now (due the TGR2 100% completion too) I have a deeper knowledge about N64 rally games. I never tried Rally Challenge 2000, now I'm curious to play it.
Complimenti! It always feels great to completely conquer a tough game.
Thanks ;-) Yes, it's very rewarding when you master an hard game. I repeat, this game is been a surprise for me, I didn't expect such a funny gameplay. I thought this game was crappy or so.
The game is very similar to WWF Attitude, which is the only wrestling game I beaten in my whole life, so I started with medium difficulty and I beaten the tournament mode.
There is a Career mode too, but I hope that the tournament is enough for the contest.
I want to beat one day WWF No Mercy, in that case maybe I will try the 100% completion.
I started Duke Nukem Zero Hour. I complete the first two levels.
My intentions was to attempt the 100% in every level, to discover if it's possible to beat the game 100%, in fact I read that due a glitch it's impossible because two enemies don't appear and you can't kill them.
But after half hour on the second level I made 91% score, and I was sure to checked everything and everywhere.
Maybe the 100% will require too much time without a strategy guide.
I'm also playing Kobe Bryant in NBA Courtside and Iggy's Reckin' Balls, unfortunately both are beaten yet.
I'm playing Duke Nukem Zero Hour, I'm in level 3 (I remember that levels are about 20).
I didn't play this games in the last years and I forget a lot of things.
I'm playing it on normal difficulty, high resolution and default controls configuration (move with C-buttons and look/aim with the thumbstick, the "Turok" configuration; I use it for all the N64 shooters, also in Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, the first person phases of JFG, etc.).
I don't mind the frame rate drops but if you hate them avoid hi-res.
With the Expansion Pak on the graphic is impressive, 640X480 res, all is very clean, nice texture, incredible draw distance (only N64 could show a draw distance like this in th 5th generation of consoles), real time light effects. The only flaws are the poor frame rate and the animations, don't expect Turok 2 animations in this game.
Duke Nukem Zero Hour isn't an hard game, but it is. I mean, there are not hard things to do but if you die you have to start the level from the beginning. Very annoying and frustrating because the levels are huge and plenty of things to do...so you have to re-do everything in the level every time you die.
One or two save points in every stage would be appreciated.
The game has the pure Duke style, I love all the quotes you can find all over the worlds.
There are also Turok Dinosaur Hunter and Goldeneye 007 quotes, concerned N64 world.

Best quote so far is from Planet of the Apes.
I have Duke Nukem: Zero Hour in my collection, but that game doesn't really interest me. It looks very frustrating.
BTW, I'm at the Rainbow Palace right now. Bomberman 64 should be finished this week.
Top Gear Hyper-Bike is beaten! Last night I beaten 5 seasons in a row and I turned-off when I met Season Six which requires flawless races to win, I was very tired.
This morning I completed Season Six, the Egyptian Ruins track in the beginning was almost impossible, after 30-40 minutes of tries I realised that it's the more affordable race of the last season.
I underrated this game, I tried only once and it disappointed me. Well now I know it better and, yes Excitebike 64 is another thing (and a very different game), but this game has its moments. It enjoyed me
I won the championship in all the three categories.
I won the seasons in 3rd and 2nd categories twice , in order to earn enough money to use a top car in the upper categories. I also bought the best car of the game during the last championship in the 1st division.
I must say that Bomber's game is a very nice surprise. I remember having this game when I was very young, but to be honest, it's been so long since that time that for me it was a new game I've never heard anything about. I found it to be hard at some moments, especially when you need to do "stairs" with the bombs. Some bosses were tricky too. The game was long, but that was because I collected every gold card (120/120). For the music, I loved it ! Especially the music of the "Blue Resort" stage. I would recommend this game if you like puzzle games (I wouldn't consider it to be an action game). I entirely completed the game, so I tried to take pictures that doesn't spoil the secret ending.
I'm on level 5 in Duke Nukem Zero Hour. I'm proceeding very slow because every time I die I turn off the console and retry the level after hours or the day later haha.
Yesterday I started Toy Story 2, but I used my French version. I'm going to start it again today with my other version with Italian booklet and, probably, Italian text in game too.
I bought right now on Ebay Aero Gauge and F1 Pole Position carts, two very bad games. My copies are brand new so I bought two old carts.
I completed three sections (9 levels) of Toy Story 2. Every section has 3 levels (two huge levels and a boss level). Still missing two sections (six levels) to complete the game. But I'm playing for the 100% so I have to back in some levels to take some tokens once I have new "Mr.Potato" powers.
I collected 41/50 tokens (40 is the number required to access to the final bosses). Maybe I keep the last 9 tomorrow.
I beaten three times the last bosses because for two time the game freezed while I was saving, before the end credits.
Fortunately the bosses was very easy.
The game is nice, it's clearly a PS port so graphically is not good but it looks nice however. On N64 there are at many better 3D platforers but if you played yet the best Nintendo, Rareware, Ubisoft and Konami platforms so give a chance to this game.
It's short and very easy but if you're a Disney/Pixar fan (as me) it would enjoy your for sure.
I'm feeling in the mood for some n64 playing, and I just happened to notice that most of the n64 games I own are still on the unbeaten list. Hopefully I can lend a hand and knock some of these out!
I'm working on Hexen at the moment, then might move on to Battletanx 1 or 2.

My progress on Duke Nukem: Zero Hour are very slow, today I don't played it.
Yesterday and today I played a lot with South Park Rally. I thought that this game sucks, I have to say that it's very funny, it's not a racing game but it's a party game multiplayer oriented.
I completed 12 levels of 14 and the races was only two (and aren't classic videogames racing but something like "checkpoints in open world").
If you want in the arcade modality you can select classic races for every stage, but it's a minor part of the game.
I hope to beat it tomorrow. Unfortunately once you end the credits you have to restart from the first race.
The big moment has arrived, the judgement day has come (I was inspired but the apocalyptic final level)...South Park Rally is beaten!
The level 12 was quite hard so, once I unlocked it, I trained on it in arcade mode and when I remade it on championship was a piece of cake :yeah:
Game beaten in about 6 hours. In the today run I still had 7 credits!
I want to celebrate with this music, my favourite of the game (you can find it in one of the funniest race and in the final sequence once you beaten the game).
Watch "South Park Rally- Independence Day Race Extended" on YouTube
I don't know why South Park Rally is not "blue" in the 2013 list, as it was unbeaten in 2012.

I've looked through the pages in the 2012 thread, and unfortunately, yes, it was beaten !
Thanks for looked page by page man. I watched the first list only.
I can confirm that this game is not bad at all, sometimes games just need a deep run into and you discover how funny they can be. There are also other nice musics and very enjoying ideas.
By far the worst F1 game on the console. F1 WGPs games and Monaco/F1RC are very good games, if you're looking for an F1 game on N64 avoid F1PP.
The game has some nice features but it looks a generation behind the best F1 games on N64, PC and PS1 of the time.
This time too I used a Williams-Renault, not Villeneuve (the also in this game doesn't got his real name, he's called Driver-X), I used the great Damon Hill.
Comments
I won all the events but the last in Sweden, what a pity, 30/32 points.
Every event got 3 races, so 24 races.

Maybe I start a topic like that here too.
When I reach 1000 I publish it haha.
I beaten the Expert championship on hard mode. Now I'm beating all the default records in the 50 tracks.
My file is 59% now. Get 100% is a very hard and long way.

It took me about 4 hours today, the game is easy, just few tracks gave me some problems.

In the end credits there is a taco-car haha.
When I finished with Top Gear I started with ECW.

Good luck with Bomberman ;-)
