450 notes makes 1 pound. So a half a pound It'd be a whole lot more than a few hundred bucks (Unless they were ones or twos)

    $1 Bills - $225

    $2 Bills - $450

    $5 Bills - $1,125

    $10 Bills - $2,250

    $20 Bills - $4,500

    $50 Bills - $11,250

    $100 Bills - $22,500

Don't ask me why I know what a pound of U.S. bills weigh.

I'm betting one pound of U.S. bills weighs one pound

Last I checked a buck weighed about .65 pounds.

  • I know this thread is pretty dead, but.... this is happening to me right now. I just bought a bunch of snes consoles and just now realized that one was a good bit heavier than the others. So I put it on my scale to check. One weighs just under a pound more than the others.

I am about crack it open and kind of terrified that it's going to be a pound of bugs or something else that is gross. Prey for me.

Will update if anyone is interested.
  • What's in your Snes, I must know!
  • DEW IT!!
  • The sound module, extra shielding, and cartridge locking mechanism all add weight to the earlier SHVC revisions of the SNS-001. Sorry, but that's all it is. You don’t even have to open it to see the locking mechanism (flip the power switch while holding the door open).

LIES! It is Nazi gold, and you are just trying to throw the rest of us off the scent so you can claim it for yourself!
  • I opted to put the early heavy weight console inside my answering machine housing making my own SNES mini with S-video output capabilities & separate sound module not because it was easy but because it was hard.
  • IT WAS DRUGS, IT WAS DRUGS, I KNEW IT ALL ALONG!
