Thinking about moving to a New 3DS XL - anything I should know?
So I've been waffling on getting a New 3DS for a while, mostly for Xenoblade Chronicles, but they were a little too expensive for my liking and I never really felt the need to part with my beloved launch-window Aqua Blue 3DS. There's a pawn shop by me with a really good price on one (suspiciously so, actually, so there might be something wrong with it) and I'm kinda thinking about getting it, but...Nintendo's online system has always been a complete mystery to me.
Are my 3DS downloaded games linked to my Nintendo Network account? Like, if I sign into my account on my new 3DS will all my previously purchased games go with it, or no? If not, is there any way to transfer them? I don't have anything particularly rare or exciting on my old 3DS but I'm a huge cheapskate and I don't wanna have to buy Shovel Knight twice, you know?
Any tips on moving between two 3DSes would be forever appreciated.

I recommend getting the new 3DS though, it's just nicer to have the bigger screens and such. While the 3DS XL is just as good basically, there isn't much point getting one when most things released will probably be for the "new" 3DS only.
...this is all I had to offer, I'm sorry. I'll do better next time.
Big dummy stoopid doo doo head...

Nope, this is technically what I asked for, and I appreciate your input.
Thanks for the tips so far, everyone, I appreciate the advice! I have to admit it sounds like a much more painless process than I had expected, but maybe I'm just bitter about Nintendo's online policies.
