List of Arnold Schwarzenegger type characters in games
I've always wondered how many games have Schwarzenegger inspired characters in them. I know there are quite a few and that's no suprise as he was the most popular action star during the 80's and 90's. The most obvious ones I can think of right now are:
Bill Rizer from Contra Series
Duke Nukem from Duke Nukem Series
Player 1 from S.C.A.T.
Nova from Power Blade
Golden Musclemen from Double Dragon II: The Revenge

I guess you could also say, Terminator, T2, Total Recall, Predator, Last Action Hero, Conan... if those count? HA! Never realized how many Arnold games there are.
I was going to write the same thing, but didn't want to research all of the games based on his movies.

All those damn Arnie games but not a single Rocky nes game
The shirtless pink pants boss in DD3
That one is actually based on Zap Rowsdower.
Commando, Ikari Warriors, Contra?
I believe the images that make up Contra's box art where stolen from various movie franchises. One of them being Perdator.

Well, there was Cliffhanger and Judge Dredd... so Stallone got at least a couple of games.
And yes, Contra is an obvious one, this is the box art previously mentioned:

Never heard of him.

He looks like if Lettuce Head from Kids in the Hall tried to be an action hero.
Definitely 2
Edit: I didn't see that you'd mentioned it in the OP. My apologies for the redundant redundancy

The second guy should be Arnold too!
ROWSDOWER!
Rad from Bionic Commando
Solid Snake from Metal Gear
Code Name: Viper
the guy from Rush 'n' Attack
Rygar

The second guy clearly has the headband and hair of stallone though. Maybe they just borrowed the outfrom from Arnold?
Arnold also makes a cameo on the Contra III Famicom cover, from his Raw Deal movie:
That would have been cool instead of on the SMS, but at least we had Rambo!
I always wondered, is Rambo screaming in that picture or is he frowning with a saggy double chin?

Contra on nes is clearly Arnold, and another Arnold dressed up as Stallone.

Oh man, I never thought of this but now that you mention it, you are pretty damn right.

I always thought that he just had a weird chin, but now that it's blown up it definitly looks more like a big mouth.

Speaking of blowing up images... Your avatar is missing the best part! Oh wait...
Super Joe from Commando
Rad from Bionic Commando
Solid Snake from Metal Gear

the guy from Rush 'n' Attack
Rygar
What I mean is characters that closely resemble him in terms of the way they look, act, and sound. These characters mentioned have nothing to do with him besides that they are "One Man Army" type characters.

Isn't Snake based on Snake Plissken anyhow?

I don't know. I did basically pick "one man army/tough guy" type games, because disallowing movie adaptations, and sans interviews explicitly saying so, you can't know. Even the Contra label, just because the artist copied a movie poster doesn't mean the developers were anywhere close to that. Check out the story of US Megaman 1. Nobody had any idea what was going on
