Hi guys,



I was always wondering how many certain GameBoy games were at the VGA graded and which score they arrived.

Here is a list - as far as you may know me from here: i'm only focussing on the rare ones, so I decided to request games at the VGA and wanted to share the informations with all of you.

Maybe this one is of interest for somebody.

    You probably want to alphabetize it if it is going to be an official tracking list.

    Any list can be interesting as long as it is done in an organized and timely manner.

    Ok, but is it the only one ever graded? the number after the grade is the information how many of this grade have been graded at the VGA

    I actually own a 95 graded Ninja Five-O. Granted that is a GBA title but in looking at this list there is only one original Game Boy game on this entire list that scored a 95! Same exact box style, makes me think maybe I just got lucky with mine? It's the only game I've ever submitted to VGA. Don't mean to derail the thread, just makes me wonder what the population looks like on GBA rarities.

    impressive grade for the Ninja Five-O! Actually this list is only for the GB-Classics.

    That is an awesome grade and I am jealous, but 95 and even 95+ is very easy to find on GBA - take a look at some of my posts to see some of the ones I have gotten (have a lot more that have not been posted yet).  95 on original GB is a whole different story!

    Yeah, that's cool, I kind of figured as much. That few years between the original GB stuff and GBA stuff apparently makes all the difference

    added Kid Icarus, Cool Ball and The Getaway - just realized that my first submission to the VGA (Kid Icarus) was the highest one ever graded. proud of this

    Congrats.  Cool Ball is one of those titles that was once thought to be a holy grail (probably a top 5 rarity on the system), but some sealed copies started coming out of Europe (mostly Greece?) and it cooled back off.  More like a Great Greed now instead of a top tier gem.

    You're right about Cool Ball, but the European/Greek-Versions does always have the top cut of and put a greece sticker inside of it - so they're not sealed at all.

    Also right about the Great Greed - too many copies in a short time.

    thanks for the addition but i think you missunderstood the thread.

    this thread is for listing GameBoy games which have been graded by the VGA and is not listing who personally does own it.

    so you have a Bubble Ghost 80+ but it could be that another collector has another VGA type of this game.

    changed Spud (85) from 1 to 2 and  CV: Legends (85+) from 2 to 3 - got my own copies back from the VGA

    One Finnish collector just showed up a photo of his Trip World graded at 80, so atleast one of those confirmed.

    There is a Ninja Boy 1 (85) as well not sure if rare enough for you
