Unless I totally missed something I did see a "complete" release for X coming for the Wii U in Japan but nothing about stateside. However I did see mention of Dragon Quest XI coming to 3DS and PS4 and also Dragon Quest Heroes II.

WiiU has a million exclusives, but I'd say the best for your money are Smash Bros and Mario Maker.
I dunno what on earth the Xbone has.
