Say, I just noticed this... Was TMNT IV the only beat 'em up that Konami ported to the SNES? Weird.
I think there was also Sunset Riders as well.
That's a Contra type game, run and gun or whatever, but it is pretty damn close if you ask me. Cannot believe I forgot about that one. Although I always did prefer the Genesis version. Am I weird?

Yeah it feels like a Contra on a similar engine as TMNT IV. Well, they're both from Konami, so that explains it. haha
Naa, you're not weird. There's games that even I perfer over the SNES, but you can't really go wrong with either. One game I like on the Genesis is Rocket Knight Adventures, but it's sequel is much better on the SNES imo.

I actually did not care much for Rocket Knight Adventures. At all.

If it's not your cup of tea, that's fine. lol Some people gripe at me for not getting into the original Megaman.
If you didn't like RKA, you will really hate the 2nd one on the Genesis. It's pretty much the black sheep of the bunch even to people who are into it.

Isn't the sequel also on the SNES, only completely different from the Genesis version?
The sequel on SNES is similar to the first RKA on the Genesis, but different than the sequel on the Genesis... if that makes any sense.
The sequel on the Genesis was just totally different than either the first game or the 2nd one on SNES. The only one I didn't much care too much for was the remake/reboot for XBL/PSN download. It was okay I guess, but didn't had the appeal of the originals.
