Fun SNES games that I don't hear people talk about much these days:
7th Saga
B.O.B.
Biker Mice from Mars
Cybernator
Firepower 2000
Goof Troop
Joe & Mac
King of the Monsters 2
Magic Sword
Plok
Saturday Night Slam Masters
Soldiers of Fortune
Super Chase H.Q.
Super Smash TV
Total Carnage
Is Magic Sword really worth checking out? I have been on the fence with this one as of late. I suppose you could say the same for Firepower 2000 and Super Smash TV. Hmm...

Magic sword is great!
Skuljagger is another fun one.
Lost vikings
Goof troop
Bob
Street racer
It is Capcom so I am surprised it is not more well known.
I will say that Skuljagger did not bode well with me when I first played it but it is a pretty neat game. I'm just cranky I suppose.
Saturday Night Slam Masters use to be pretty fun. Have not played it in a long time though. I think Pitfall is worth the play through too. The game looks pretty good for a SNES game and isn't too long. Can be a little challenging, but it's fair. Funny ending.
People seem to like Run Saber, but I think the game is pretty bland, boring, and easy. Definitely not a bad game but I don't think it is worth the price it commands.
Space Megaforce is likely the best shooter on the system in my opinion.
Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse is a really fun game that is pretty easy, yet rewarding, to get through. Again, not too long and some cool suits/power-ups.
Claymates is another game that is somewhat fun and relatively cheap.

So many good ones mentioned already, I'll throw out:
Combatribes
Doom Troopers
Captain Commando
Peacekeepers
Ninja Warriors
X2 (certainly has some cheesy music at times, but that can be turned off -- awesome game with great co-op action)
Peace Keepers is actually apart of a series in Japan known as the Rushing Beat series. The titles from Japan match our releases like this:
Rushing Beat (J) ---> Rival Turf (U)
Rushing Beat Ran Fukusei Toshi ---> Brawl Brothers
Rushing Beat Shura ---> The Peace Keepers.
Check out Brawl Brothers as well. I dig that one too.
Rival Turf blows.
lol - just thought I'd mention it, since it is apart of the series (but not a title I would recommend) - the other two are cool.
I have only played Rival Turf, and I am a big fan of beat 'em ups, so I was very much let down. Do the other two have the same controls and mechanics and such? If not, I may have to look into them...

The controls/mechanics are definitely better compared to Rival Turf. I'm a huge fan of beat 'em ups too and I would say the other two titles are worth a shot.

I'm extra supprised since in my area there was like, 5-6 places with an arcade machine of it, very very common game here.
Comments
So a +1 to Goof Troop. I also really like Addams Family Values and Spike McFang (getting more popular tho).

That was a big hit amongst the Unicyclers Club of America.

Great minds, Slayter
yeah, nice - 27 seconds apart

Umm, I don't remember. Or maybe I had it on mute and watched movies at the same time or something.
Cacoma Knight
Dino City
American Tale
Inspector Gadget
Timeslip (you have to be a partial masochist to enjoy this one)
Musya (ditto this one)

I wanted to like this game so badly. I need to try and go back to it but the first impression was weak.
