For people who weren't ahead of the game though, these are ones that rarely show up now That's the angle I'm coming from, personally--seeing how hard it is to find the ones that show up less than annually on eBay according to pricecharting history.
Wanted to post up my complete copies of Demikids Dark and Light here. I was able to buy both as BIN on ebay. I got lucky and was able to buy Dark at a criminally low BIN price. Again, cart only is good enough for me for most GBA games, but I'm going for a complete NTSC-US collection of Shin Megami Tensei games, hence these two copies. Only missing Jack Bros. at this point, which I'll probably never get since its hard to justify the cost for it complete (let alone cart only).
I don't think the Franklin with plush has been mentioned. I would say this is on the higher end. Worth noting that the card/paper on the back end has a different UPC than the normal game, specific to this bundle, so this can't be written off as just a store bundling two items together. This and the one that dr_orangejuicer has on eBay are the only two I have seen. Mine is not as nice as his (pics below), but a cool find nonetheless. His: http://www.ebay.com/itm/252002304999
I'm sorry for the absence guys, the list has been updated. Disney's W.I.T.C.H. has been added to the top tier rarity list, and Robopon 2 (both version) has been added to the lower tier rarity list.
Maybe I am imagining things but where did this Disney's WITCH come from? There is a PAL version, I am not sure if there was an NTSC version. I have seen bootlegs of it on ebay under sold listings. I can't find anything else on it. Heck with my luck I have it and forgot about it but I don't recall this one.
It has a wiki page, although that can be taken with a grain of salt I guess.
If the wiki is true, then was a really late release for the gba, also has a pic that is supposed to be the ntsc cover.
There's lots of games like that. I see it listed on Game Dude but they also may have had the import version as well. I am just not certain myself at this point. No one has any "cartridges" for sale right now. Not even on Amazon. This is besides the box, that is why it doesn't add up to me at this point. You can see plenty of games with covers, etc that don't exist. Heck GameStop sells a game called Jakers for the Wii for $14.99 used. Still listed on their website. Box art and all. Game didn't come out.

I think your right after looking for a bit, only thing I can find on the game are 2 stock photos of the box art and a dead amazon listing, first review on the Amazon listing actually says it was cancelled.
Thank for the heads up Dream, I believe that you're right, chances are that a US version doesn't exist. I think I saw a CIB copy a few years ago, but it was most likely just a convincing bootleg. I have removed the game from the list, so everything should be pretty up to date now.
Also if someone is maintaining this list I feel like Ninja Five-O should be added to one of those higher rarity listings. It's especially impossible to find CIB without paying an arm and a leg.
But I suppose I can add to the thread. I have Word Safari and Math Patrol sealed. Not really sure if they'll ever be considered rare, but you can put me down for them.
Just curious if all of the games in this list that show (Big Box) have both a normal box and variant Big Box? Example "GT Racing 4 in 1-pack (Big Box)" does that have both releases, or is it only available in the Big Box?

Well, this is a 3 year necro bump, but just to answer your question, there is a normal-size version.
For anyone joining the party, I would say that the list in the original post probably has not been updated in awhile, and I know that I personally would move some of those titles around (no offense to OP).

I don't think R-Type III seems that rare.
Book Worm, R-Type III and Tiny Toons Adventures Scary Dreams have all been removed from the list. All of which are too readily available.
With scary dreams, do you know if there is a seal variant? Both "sealed" copies on ebay have 3 side seams but I thought this was an H seam title?
Any pics of it complete from someone, somewhere?

Well now, here's something I've never seen.
Any info on this one?
