CIB Bubble Bobble (plastic seal)

I was thinking of buying a *Mint* CIB Bubble Bobble for arround $40 or so. Its a bit expensive but by mint I mean almost factory sealed! (just the top plastic is opened) , also I can tell the seal is legit because it has the horizontal line and original price tag from the store. Is $40 too much?

    I say its a great deal considering that cart onlys can sell for upwards of 20, if you have the cash get it.

    That seems like a pretty good deal, especially if its reall y mint.
