It's weird that it only affects NES while your SNES slot works fine. Might be the NES daughterboard in the clone. Not really something you can adjust.
Is the console hooked up with S-video or composite?
I thought it was strange that SNES works fine but NES doesn't. I don't have a SEGA game to test that slot out. I sent back my first one thinking it was a glitch but the replacement does it also. The console is hooked up with the S-video.
Great news! Tulpa gave me an idea when asked if it was S Video or composite. I removed the S-Video cord and the game works perfectly. I'm kind of embarrassed that I never thought to do that but the point is that it works now. Thanks for all the advice!
