Strange Orange Famicom Game

I bought this game from Digital Press Videogames in Clifton, NJ. My Famicom sadly broke before I got a chance to play it, and this strange orange Famicom game has been collecting dust on my video games shelf for about two years. I've been trying to find information on the web for this game, but to no avail. Anyone know what this game is, and/or how much it's worth?
