Getting credibility on NA

I was wondering how you can get your credibility up on this forum. I am used to selling my stuff on a dutch auction site where your reliability is kind of measured in years you're an active buyer/seller active on the site. If you screw someone (or if the site gets complaints about you), potential buyers will get a warning email or you get blocked/deleted. So if you're a long-term seller for 7,5 years (like my account), that usually means you're a reliable party.
On this forum I've seen some scores behind usernames and figured you get those from selling/buying on this site. To what extend are these scores reliable?
For me as a new seller/buyer, what can you do to make sure people know that you're not a fraud? Are there things like uploading your ID/bankaccountnumber/etc? I just want to make sure, now I'm selling an item here (and planning to sell and buy more!), that people know I'm no fraud and I would love to hear your tips!

Also, you can click user names and read people's feedback. It's pretty legit. Most people here are honest, good people to deal with.
Stick around and build a reputation. You could also link your transactions and feedback from other site in your FS thread.

Start off small items for sale or do some deals with higher rep people, don't be a dildo, and um, yeah, just let people get to know you really.
(If any site other than major outlets like Paypal or eBay, never give your ID, bank info, or any other personal identifiable information to anyone on the net, and even with the major outlets, hold back anything you can that won't affect your purchases there - unsure if you were serious about that or just saying it in jest, but felt that even if you were joking, it's never a bad idea to remind people these days )

That's the deal, I don't have an eBay account because I've never sold anything on eBay. I could post a link to my dutch auctionsite account though

Whoops, I started with one of my more precious items. I'll upload some of the more common items soon to build up some credit! Very good tip, thanks LOL on the dildo comment XD
I'm not a big fan of paypal since they have the right to keep the money for three weeks. A friend of mine sold a pretty expensive item via eBay (using paypal), and the buyer claimed that he didn't receive the item. So my friend lost the item and never received any money.

If you want to sell, provide some feedback if possible from other sites. If not, then maybe you the buyer would want to receive an item first and then pay, as a starting block of sorts.
