    Wow that is very nice condition. Is it from Québec? I don't think I've seen French only games, just the ones with both English and french

    I assume it was from Quebec at some point in time, as this all french version was only released there.

    The English one can go for around 150 cad for a really nice one. Not sure if the French adds value or takes it away. Personally since I'm not fluent in French I would pay a bit less. But maybe some of the French members can shed some light on it

    It's actually quite rare. I understand it's niche, but it's a very rare varient. Not sure how many copies exist, but these were only released in 1 province in canada.
