Won't open to verify (with a bit you can get from Amazon for $5 in two days), won't let you return it if you verify it's fake.
I'd tell him that you want it authentic and if he won't let you do that you'll have to pass. Leave it at that. Polite, but let's him know what's up.

No, but seriously, the thing is that even *if* it turns out to be a fake, you're guaranteed under eBay and PayPal policies to get your money back. He actually *can't* refuse the return if it's counterfeit, because he'd have violted eBay policies.

They already set the game aside for me though and the sale will commence on Monday, over the phone-- the owner of the store's kid is sick so he couldn't make it in today to process the sale. :-)

good condidtion? How much did they charge you for space megaforce?
Good condition, with some tiny pinprick like bubbles on the right side of the label (in the black area, nothing affecting the artwork.) I paid $120, which is a pretty good price IMO.
Only other thing I see about it on the forums seems to say that they are usually pricey, but $4K for fake games? I call shenanigans. I especially like how the quality is "second to none," but I guess that's not taking into account the video store name carved into the back of the Gold cart, lol.
