I was going to suggest Banjo Kazooie but something tells me you have tried that already. Super Mario 64, Conkers Bad Fur Day and Donkey Kong 64 are all excellent titles
I think that's most of that I can come up with from the top of my head.
If you have a Japanese N64, would strongly recommend Sin and Punishment (Japanese exclusive) as well. It's also available on the American Wii virtual console.

Goldeneye, Diddy Kong Racing and Zelda Ocarina of Time are all my favorites for the system. But you probably already have those.
I did have Ocarina of Time at one point, but I've never had Diddy Kong or Goldeneye (-- {don't judge, I know it's sad I don't} thanks
Naa, it's not sad, mang. Better late than never!
If you loved any of the Mario Karts, you'll love Diddy Kong Racing. As for Goldeneye, it didn't age too well compared to the current games, mainly because there's no secondary analog stick, but don't let that deter you from playing it, it's a real fun game. Especially the multiplayer part!
