Bandit Kings of Ancient China CIB w/ Map

So what's this one really worth?  I've heard varying opinions on this one, but it took me several months of tracking to finally pick it up.  Then of course when it rains it pours and I grabbed a second one shortly thereafter.  Tusk has had his copy at $180 sitting on eBay for the last 6 months, so I'm sure that's a little high even though mine is in better shape.  What's a good reasonable price on this one?

For those of you new guys, this is easily one of the hardest and most expensive NES RPG game to pick-up.  I never even HEARD of this game until I was collecting for about 3 months, and this one surfaces few and far between.  Let me know guys...

    Last two in auction went $61 and $66 and Tusk's sold for $100 best offer in store. That seems consistent with what it's been sold for in the past

    Sosa didn't you just sell one in okay shape for $85? I saw it in eBay stores on Friday and by Saturday it was gone. Last auction I saw 3 months ago went in the 90ish range as well...

    Yeah, the box was excellent. I took an offer of $55 for the cart w/man and map as both the man and map were poor.

    The two did end the same day at the same time so that certainly could be on the low side but they were both nice

    Yeah, I sold one for 100 CIB a while ago, someone in Europe bought it. I think this CIB is really hard to come by and no one really talks about it.



    180 is high, I know. I have no problem letting it sit. It'll sell. I'm only looking to get 75-80 out of it.

    I agree with you Tusk. This is one very, very hard to find, but that need a lot of time to sell for it's high side.
    I remember selling one for $85 last year, which is not the highest possible, and it still took me 3 months to sell it if I remember correctly..

    i got a dead mint one a few months ago for around $35 shipped. now i have at least 3 cib copies of this. i think the going rate is around $65. what did niels' copy sell for? i think he had one up recently. this (and the rest of the koei games) arent easy to find, but when they do pop up, they are always in good shape. people took care of their games... either that or they were no fun and they just sat there unplayed!
