NES Replacement Door

I am back into the NES, managed to pic up a front loader again, BUT sadly cleaning it it took a dive to the floor destroying the cart door.

I have looked on Ebay and I think this is the most spot on.

  • I'm kinda on the fence

    Pros:

    * Never hear any problems with people using them. I'm sure they're easy to install.

    * Cheap

    * Good for customs/repairs/etc.

    Cons:

    * Since it looks pretty smooth in that listing. unless you have one of those "smooth-top" NES systems, it might clash with the more matte finished ones

    * The doors are newer, have a different plastic to them, so the coloring might be off

    * People might complain that they're not OEM parts

    Overall, I say get one if you want to keep your NES lookin' good, dust free, critter free, etc. then go for it. If not, that's cool too. It's yours to do with as you please.
  • OEM as I am all OCD about things like that.
  • i have a way to fix those doors using a standard tack. if you have patience and a dremel. it can be fixed
  • personal preference, i would go the cost effective route if i just wanted to use it to play games on
  • Drop kick orange has original OEM NOA doors this is as real as can be
