That's a rather large gap between a sealed GB and a CIB GB. I was browsing through the forums and noticed a price quote of $250-$400 for a sealed original GB depending on who's watching. How come a non sealed original GB is only worth $5-$20?
if it is, mines for sale ... i've saw a few others for 20 hench the range I put of 5-20... i may be off though... sealed is a whole different ball game so you can't really say sealed vs cib
Prices on these are extremely variable. I've seen a couple of Mint copies going for over $100 at auction, even though a lot of complete ones can sell for very cheap on a daily basis.
Frisbee is completely right about degree of completion. The more it is close to newly opened, the better it will get.
I'd say the average price for these in average condition would be around $25-$40. For one that appears to be mint and 100% complete, you can easily get $80-100 for it. For a sealed one, you're looking at $400+.
wow... i gotta check mine out more and see what all i have/am missing... i've passed up 2 @ 10 a piece (box/manuals/game boy) because I thought there were really nobody interested in these... i guess with anything you sell you just have to find the buyers...
On auction they usually end anywher between $20 and $50 depending on condition, whats all included and which box it is. And this is recent. Last year at this time i won 5 of them for less that $15 each
Well i went and made the purchase and it's mint with all paperwork and accessories. It is the Tetris game pak edition and the guy threw in Asteroids, Monopoly and R-Type all for $40. The mentioned games are all CIB and in great condition.

Still, I think a CIB GB is probably worth a little more than $20???

So, it looks like around $50 would be more accurate, depending on condition and how "complete" it is.
