I've only seen one auction on Ebay for some time - I paid under $70 shipped for it in that auction. But I think I got lucky. I was really surprised that it didn't go for more considering it rarely comes up on Ebay.

From some of that seller's ended auctions it looks like the accepted best offers are fairly close to his BINs. So unfortunately, I don't think he'd come down a lot on it, but you never know.
Roll him a low one and see what happens. You never know. If you threw 150 or 200 at him, he might come back at 300 or he might just take it. That's why I love best offers. If he's desparate he might. It's been up there a while I think.
I agree with sosafan on this one...almost every time I see it pop up for auction, it always seems to end at or near $100. Not easy to come across, but definitely bound to happen with patience.

I've seen this sealed several times without looking for it. I don't think it's that hard to find sealed at closer to $100
