in Help Wanted!
i bought a green version nintendo 2ds from tokyo japan. it arrived and i cannot figure out how to get the downloadable mew into the green version game itself. i figured out the theme download but not the mew download code. does anyone know the menu where you imput it?  im not talking about the x and y mew download , but the pocket monster green mew it self for the game

    Unless you're actually in Japan, you're out of luck. It's not a download code, but a "trade ticket" which allows you to go to a physical store (Pokémon Centers, Aeon, Tsutaya and such) and trade one of your Pokémon for a Mew.

    Basically the steps are 1) Write your system user name on the back of the ticket, 2) play the game you want Mew in until you have the Pokédex, 3) catch a crappy Pokémon, 4) have it in your party, and 5) trade it for a Mew with the staff at a participating location.
