So I have not listed out everything I have since I had around 50 games. I must have at least 2-300 nes games now and a lot more snes/n64/atari/gameboy. So I can do that OR I can do my accounting homework (I really hate accounting.) The homeowork is due next Wed. So I have 5 days to do it. However I am working in 3 hours 5-10pm then I open sunday 10am-630pm Then im working again monday night 5-9pm I think I have tuesday off (Both work and school) The homework will most likely take me 1-3 hours. I completed all other assignments I had yesterday.

    Not really. Although my mother is a branch manager for the Royal Bank of Canada. So I dont think I will ever be a banker.

    accounting is a joke. wait until the last minute and do the work at that point. every single semester project i had (meaning that i had the entire semester to do the project) was started and finished the night before it was due, no exceptions! unfortunately, the real world doesnt work like that.

    partner: "rite aid wants to file in 45 days"
    me: "thats fucking impossible"
    partner: "well, make it happen"

    we made it happen, but it meant working 15+ hours a day every day.


    moral of the story: NOTHING

    I must say, I agree with Robin and Seth at the same time. I would more than likely just do the homework first so it is not hanging over my head, but fuck homework. It is for pussies.

    Seriously though just another case of us bending over and letting the client impose unreasonable demands.  Its BS.

    bronty, the timeframe from the end of the fiscal year to the day they filed their K was about 45 days. this is a fortune 100 company, our audit team was understaffed, and it was RIDICULOUS!!! they pushed up the filing date 1 week, and we bent over, took it, and said "thank you sir, may i have another?" and then they pushed it ANOTHER week! ugh, im just glad to be on this nonpublic hospital now with no real deadlines cuz no one cares about it! image yet another accounting story... hope you were bored! image

    Uhhh... its the same story! image At least tell us about the company staff party where the 26 year old who acts like she's 18 showed up half naked in a totally inappropriate dress(vertical gap between the boobs from nipple to nipple, boob popped out) and got completely sloshed and then went to the afterparty at a partner's house, was all over a dude from a satellite office, and threw up on the partner's lawn.
