World of Nintendo, Link Misprint?

So I've been collecting the 4" World of Nintendo figures, but one of my figures seems pretty unique and I'm hoping someone here can help me.

It's the 4" series one Link from Zelda, but the box says he's from Super Mario. I'm aware of the Wario/Yoshi misprint but can not find ANYTHING about them using wrong game logos. If anyone collects these World of Nintendo figures, let me know what you think. Is this worth something? There's nothing online about this problem that I can find..

I'll share a direct like to an image on my Twitter below.

- The figure was ordered from eBay. The image they used was a stock image of the regular toy, but the version I received as a misprint.

- The figure was never opened and the package is in great condition.

- The figure should have the Zelda logo. All figures show their specific game logo.

  • I have a Yoshi that says Mario
  • Woah that's pretty cool make sure to keep it sealed that will be worth something!
  • Yeah, neat packaging error. Those things are just little strips of cardboard, so I'm not surprised in the mixup. I've also seen a Tetra in a Toon link package online before.
  • The only misprint I've seen before was the Wario with Yoshi's name. It's just been driving me crazy not being able to find other WoN 4" figures with the same misprint. This Link figure is one of the hardest 4" figures to get for a good price, so I'm happy it's him with the misprint, lol.

    Anyways, thanks for the replies!
