I am looking for the NAME of a game

Hello,



I'd like to find a name of an old game, I cannot provide any details, as I have very dim memories because I played this game as a kid almost 20 years ago and I somehow remembered it and I would like to find out what game it is.



The only clue I have that the main character had a white stick and it was of course divided into several levels with different enviroment and mobs, gameplay was kinda mix of Mario and Captain America or similar games



I am sorry but I cannot remember more. If you have any ideas or tips, please share.

    It was a NES game, I probably had some bootleg version of NES

    Wasn't Rush N' Attack was it. I think his weapon is blue in that though



    EDIT maybe Ninja Gaiden. I feel like thats a well known game but you never know!

    No it wasn't military game at all, it was more like fantasy world, like Mario.

    I used to have a hack cart of Super Mario 14 that was really apparently Kid Niki 3 (Famicom). I'm not sure how many games the NES has but the main character uses a white stick/staff/bo.

    You're welcome! If you search out the game or pirate I'm sure it'll be pretty cheap, my cart was $7 if I remember correctly.

    Kid Niki... Huge head, that's all I can remember, haha...

    The Japanese name for the Kid Niki series is Kaiketsu Yanchamaru. There is only one game on the NES but Japan got three for the Famicom. Kaiketsu Yanchamaru 3 is pretty pricey and all the current listings are extra expensive.
