Way too many for me to name but many awesome choices already listed from everyone so far. Perhaps I'll edit this post later and throw up a small fraction of the albums I love.
You know they are touring and playing Demanufacture in its entirety right? You better drive down to the US to catch it! Already have my VIP package and tickets for the Tempe, AZ show!
I'm not going to make the effort of listing albums cause it will just be an unfinished list, or one day I'll see my post and think that my list was stupid (to me only maybe). But, I'll drop an album that, IMO, should have been picked so far :

I saw them when they did the Gigantour with Megadeth/Dream Theater headlining and man did they fucking rock!
Fear Factory you must go see live......when Edge-Crusher came on it just blew me away.
12. Stone Temple Pilots - Tiny Music (Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop) (1996)
These two albums don't get enough love, and I applaud you for picking them. They're my favorite from these respective bands also.
No joke, I had not seen your post before posting mine. Not the first time we express similarity in music taste
Lol yea it really doesn't get the love it deserves!

Beach Boys : Pet Sounds
I don't even really listen to the Beach Boys, but I LOVE that album. I decided to listen to it one day to see what the hype was about, since it's considered one of the best albums of all time. And I can definitely see where they get their rep!
Chronic 2001 is good but it's not one of my favorites. I'm actually not a huge fan of Dre as far as a rapper. I respect his production though and the original Chronic and Doggystyle is where its at for me!

Did you omit Souls of Mischief intentionally ?
That Beach Boys album is a great choice.
I started writing out a few of my favorite albums, but soon realized after 30 entries that I would be here all night.
So I'll choose one I haven't seen: Depeche Mode - Violator
Violator is great. Can't believe I didn't add that one myself.
