  • I have the original VMI Hybrid. It's a nice machine. If you deal with super deep scratches, you might want to pair it with the QuickSand machine. Of course that's another $800. PM me if you want to talk in depth or have questions. I've had my machine since it first came out.
  • I've noticed this as well, I wonder if there are people out there that have JFJs that don't do this while sanding. I mean, I can do it but I have to wet sand and it's messy and time consuming. I also wonder if it's wearing out my machine faster.
  • Sorry to bring back an old topic. I was just curious if anyone owns the Venmill Quicksand. I own a RTI Eco Pro 2 and its an awesome buffing machine, its great for small to medium sized scratches and I've repaired a ton of games, however it still seems to struggle with deep scratches. I can get those deep scratches but it requires a lot of minutes wasted on the QC card. I was thinking of getting the Quicksand to pair it with my Eco Pro 2 but haven't seen any reviews about it online yet. I was considering the JFJ Easy Pro as a sanding machine but I've read mixed reactions on it as some have said that it sands discs unevenly sometimes and cause disc read errors.
